Well-organized wellness centre, excellent staff, good food, spacious pools with room to swim even in August. Accessible studio apartment with close parking, well-equipped kitchen, and a small terrace for enjoying the view. Indoor pool was perfect for kids, warm enough for a long stay. Nice surroundings for hiking and close to Kamik for an afternoon walk.

I absolutely loved the beautiful decoration throughout the hotel. The photographs depicting life in the Tuhinjska Dolina valley added a charming touch to the surroundings. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate and enjoy.

I would have appreciated a better vacation experience for senior people if the children working there could have been more attentive and helpful.

EXCELLENT facilities including pools, fitness center, and children's play area. Delicious food with a great variety. Friendly and English-speaking staff. Will definitely return.

the place was new but not clean enough. no access for handicaps/ baby prams. the pools were very disapointing. again, very hard for access or those travelling with babies and n infant pool.

Food was poor quality and the buffet had too little for the number of guests. Also our room door lock did not work and was not fixed for us

The spa facilities were great and we enjoyed the variety of pools and the beautiful mountain views. The kids' activities during the day were also fun and kept the little ones entertained. The restaurant had some tasty dishes, and we appreciate the menu included options for dietary restrictions.

We were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness in our room upon arrival. Additionally, the staff seemed unenthused and unhelpful with our concerns. The location was quite remote, so we had trouble finding our way around and didn't feel there was enough to do outside of the hotel. we were disappointed with our new year stay at this hotel.

There are a lot of opportunities for families with children to relax. The hospitality of the Slovenian people.
